La importancia de la etica en la formación de valor público

ResumenLa hipótesis central del trabajo se orienta a destacar que la formación de valor ético no es un asunto mercantil ni gerencial, sino que tiene como base las aportaciones de la ética, debido a que aporta valores fundamentales para incentivar la conducta social y el desempeño institucional sobre la base de que las sociedades necesitan conductas honradas que estimulen la legalidad, la responsabilidad y el sentido de pertenencia a la vida comunitaria. En este sentido, el enfoque del trabajo es más de carácter normativo y explicativo, ya que se trata de un asunto que se inscribe en el sentido de la vida estatal y la vida comunitaria para generar una atmósfera de confianza y mejor certidumbre institucional.
