Principles of delta fractional calculus on time scales and inequalities

Here we develop the Delta Fractional Calculus on Time Scales. Then we produce related integral inequalities of types: Poincaré, Sobolev, Opial, Ostrowski and Hilbert–Pachpatte. Finally, we give inequalities’ applications on the time scale RR.
