Some practical issues of adaptive GPU design

We study some practical applications in clinical trial of the adaptive optimal generalized Pólya urn (GPU) design we recently proposed. We considered some common cases in clinical trial: delayed response, staggered/censored entry, heterogeneity and longitudinal/repeated observation. Asymptotic properties of these designs are studied.
