MV-optimality standardized through the coefficient of variation

In this paper a new way of standardization through the coefficient of variation is given. This type of standardization is useful when one of the parameters is expected to be very small. Locally standardized through the coefficient of variation MV-optimal designs are computed for linear regression and binary response models.
