Strong-field ionization and dissociation studies of small early transition metal oxide clusters

A mass spectrum of multiply-charged Nb (red) and O (blue) ions produced via enhanced ionization mechanisms when a 100 fs laser (624 nm) interacts with small gas-phase NbxOy clusters. The highest charge states observed are Nb11+ and O6+.
