New wide-bandgap organic donor and its application in UVB sensors with high responsivity

► UVB sensitive triarylamine-containing fluorine derivative (FP) was synthesized. ► Organic visible-blind UVB sensor with PHJ structure was fabricated. ► The highest responsivity under a bias of −4 V, 473 mA/W, is located at 300 nm.
