Impact of metallonucleases on DNA interactions: Structural validation and in-vitro antibiogram assay

The synthesized 2-aminobenzophenone based complexes exert their promising in vitro DNA binding and cleavage potency as well as they can act as anti-microbial agents. The data reveal that our complexes are dynamic DNA targets.
