Study on H-bond patterns in phosphoric triamides having a P(O)NHC(O) skeleton, a gauche orientation of P(O) vs C(O) in new compounds

► The packing structures of compounds with C(O)NHP(O) skeleton were reviewed. ► H-bond patterns in these compounds strongly depends on the conformation in the C(O)NHP(O) moiety and the kinds of amide linked to the P atom. ► New compounds with a gauche orientation of P(O) vs C(O) were investigated.
