Effect of composition on structural and magnetic properties of nanocrystalline Ni0.8−xZn0.2MgxFe2O4 ferrite

TEM image of Ni0.2Zn0.2Mg0.6Fe2O4 indicates that the ferrite particles obtained are spherical in shape. The particles are clearly agglomerated due to the interaction between magnetic particles. The average size of the particles is predominantly about 36 nm, which is in close agreement with that obtained from XRD studies.
