Influence of the silicon surface treatment on the properties of SiNWs/PVK hybrid solar cells

► Hybrid solar cells based on blends of poly (N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) and silicon nanowires (HF treated) have been fabricated. ► We have studied the effect of the silicon surface treatment on the charge transfer process between SiNWs and PVK. ► We have investigated the effects of the silicon surface treatment on the properties of SiNWs/PVK hybrid solar cells.
