Experimental results of direct current and low signal admittance obtained for a gold/copper phthalocyanine/gold system are presented. The observed asymmetry of direct current curves suggests that the electric transport is determined by the electrode-limited current and the efficiency of hole injection depends on the deposition order. In the case of hole injection through a more regular interface (i.e. when copper phthalocyanine was evaporated on gold) both the direct current and the low signal admittance measurements suggest that the current is determined by the Schottky-Richardson emission. The original model of low signal admittance for the Schottky-Richardson emission is presented.
