Optical bistability in TiO2 nanoparticles

► The optical bistability of a colloidal solution of TiO2 nanoparticles is studied. ► CW He-Ne laser beam was used to interact with a vertical Fabry-Perot interferometer. ► Nonlinear optical indices were obtained from the z-scan method.
