Development of a non-linear optical microscope for real-time measurement of neuronal activity in sub-micrometric structures

► We developed a dedicated microscope combined with a complete electrophysiology suite. ► Performances cover imaging rate, spectral range, s/n ratio and scan abilities. ► New optical probes are under study, with encouraging preliminary results.
