Spectroscopic investigations of nanoporous SiO2 impregnated with Ag β-diketonates from supercritical solution of carbon dioxide

► Porous materials based on SiO2 containing Ag nanoparticles are perspective objects. ► Matrices impregnated with Ag(hfac)COD via solution of supercritical carbon dioxide. ► The process of the formation nanocomposites was studied using optical spectroscopy. ► The formation of Ag nanoparticles was identified in both materials by plasmon resonance.
