Effects of Al doping on the transport performances of CrSi2 single crystals

Transport properties of Cr(Si1−xAlx)2 single crystals have been measured from 300 to 700 K to investigate the effects of Al substitution for Si on the electrical resistivity, Seebeck coefficient, thermal conductivity and figure of merit of CrSi2.
