Reply to comments on free eutectic and dendritic solidification from undercooled metallic melts

Kuribayashi and coworkers' hypercritical comments are analyzed and clarified one by one. What they claimed to be our “inconsistencies”, “discrepancies” and “misconceptions” is confirmed to be essentially their own misunderstanding, illogical reasoning and even ignorance of the function of phase diagrams. Further discussions are also presented on the eutectic growth characteristics within highly undercooled alloys.
