چکیده انگلیسی

A novel Ni–6Cr–7Al nanocomposite (in wt.%) was fabricated by co-electrodeposition of Ni with Cr and Al nanoparticles from a nickel sulfate bath. The nanocomposite consisted of nanocrystalline Ni matrix and dispersed nanoparticles of Cr and Al. The nanocomposite, compared with conventionally arc-melted Ni–6Cr–7Al alloy, exhibited a dramatically increased hot corrosion resistance under molten (0.9Na, 0.1K)2SO4 in air at 900 °C, because the unique structure of the nanocomposite favored the rapid formation of external alumina scale.
