Extraordinary dependences of dispersion characteristics of SiC cylindrical waveguide on the radius

Here we for the first time present the dependences of the dispersion characteristics of the cylindrical waveguide made of radiation absorbing material, i.e. silicon carbide (SiC), upon the radius of the waveguide.
