Study of dielectric properties of single phase Bi1−xCaxFeO3 (x = 0.1, 0.3, 0.5)

► All the samples Bi1−xCaxFeO3 (x = 0.1, 0.3, 0.5) have single-phase growth which is clear from Rietveld refinements of XRD. ► A diffused dielectric anomaly in the samples around 400 K which seems to be related to ferroelectric transition has been observed. ► The doping results in a structural distortion leading to magnetic disorder in the system.
