Preparation and electrical properties of new oxide ion conductors Ce6−xDyxMoO15−δ (0.0 ≤ x ≤ 1.8)

The conductivity increases obviously as x increases and attains the maximum at x = 0.4. It shows that Ce5.6Dy0.4MoO15−δ exhibits the highest conductivity among all the oxides in the temperature range from 350 °C to 800 °C.
