The effects of elements doping on transport and thermoelectric properties of Sr3Ti2O7

• The compounds (Sr0.95R0.05)3Ti2O7 were successfully prepared.
• The transport and thermoelectric properties for all compounds were investigated.
• The transport mechanism for all compounds were also explored.

The Ruddlesden–Popper (RP) phase compounds (Sr0.95R0.05)3Ti2O7 (R=Er, Y, Dy, Gd, Eu, Sm, Nd and La) were prepared, and their transport and thermoelectric properties were investigated.
