Dielectric and magnetic properties of Bi1−xYxFeO3 ceramics

▶ Author is first to report Y doped BiFeO3 ceramics with no impurity peak. ▶ High temperature dielectric measurements at 100 kHz are reported showing antiferromagnetic transition. ▶ The magnetization curve shows saturated magnetization and spontaneous magnetization increased with increase in Y doping.
