High temperature magnetic order in zinc sulfide doped with copper

► The magnetic order above room temperature in zinc sulfide doped with Cu2+ has been detected by ferromagnetic resonance (FMR), SQUID magnetometry and the muon spin rotation (μSR) experiments. ► The μSR data obtained at room temperature confirm highly nonuniform magnetic order and indicate that observed bulk magnetism is coming from Cu doped ZnS.
