Dual-responsive F-N-W-codoped TiO2 nanoparticles with strong visible light response and low-temperature thermo-oxidation activity

► F-N-W-codoped TiO2 NPs were synthesized by a simple sol-gel-mixing method. ► The NPs showed high visible photocatalytic performance. ► The NPs showed excellent low-temperature thermal-oxidation ability in the dark. ► The NPs could be applied as environmental catalyst without light illumination.
