Improve photocurrent quantum efficiency of carbon nanotube by chemical treatment

► The QE of photocurrent for the H2O2-treated CNTs reaches to 5.28% at Ubias = 0.1 V. ► Moderate chemical treatment can enhance the QE of photocurrent of CNTs. ► Excessive chemical treatment decreases the photocurrent quantum efficiency of CNTs.
