Microstructure and mechanical properties of γ΄ strengthened Co-Ni-Al-W-base ODS alloys

► γ′ strengthened Co-base ODS alloy was produced by mechanical alloying. ► An addition of Ni is effective in promoting the formation of γ′ precipitates. ► Microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloys were investigated. ► High-temperature softening behavior was elucidated.
