Controllable growth of zinc oxide nanosheets and sunflower structures by anodization method

▶ ZnO in nanosheets and sunflower structures were fabricated by anodization and annealing. ▶ Anodization voltages, electrolyte composition and concentration have important influence. ▶ The structural characteristics of zinc hydroxysulfate results in the formation of nanosheets. ▶ Sunflower structures were fabricated due to oxygen bubble adhesion to the oxide layer.
