Ion implanted crystalline silicon solar cells with blanket and selective emitter

► High-efficiency solar cells were fabricated by ion implantation method. ► Selectively heavy ion implanted emitter regions through in situ patterned shadow mask were formed. ► The ion implantation method does not need the phosphosilicate glass removal and edge laser isolation for junction separation.
