Physical properties of the CNT:TiO2 thin films prepared by sol-gel dip coating

► CNT incorporated TiO2 thin films were synthesized by sol-gel dip coating method. ► HRTEM analysis confirmed that the CNTs are embedded in the matrix of TiO2. ► Refractive index of the films depends on the amount of CNT in the sol-gel bath. ► Photoresponse curves showed typical features of charge trapping centers.
