Effect of 4Â wt.% Cr on microstructure, corrosion resistance and tribological properties of Fe3Al-20Â wt.%Al2O3 composites

► In-situ Fe3Al-20 wt.%Al2O3 composites with 4 wt.% Cr was prepared by MA-PAS. ► Composites had good tribological properties at the temperature above 500 °C. ► Corrosion resistance was improved obviously by 4 wt.% Cr amount.
