Experimental and numerical investigation of Al properties fabricated by CGP process

► New method has been developed to increase the strain distribution homogeneity. ► The in-homogeneity index for the CSC-CGP method is decreased by 30%. ► The influence of die groove angle on mechanical properties has been investigated. ► Better homogeneity of mechanical properties is obtained with increasing number of passes.
