High temperature deformation of Ti alloy superplastically embedded with HA

► Ti alloy superplastically embedded with HA has been deformed under high temperature. ► Microcracks and delaminations of HA show at certain areas as deformation degree is increased. ► Low magnification shows the surface of the sample is nearly identical. ► The HA structure is retained even after the deformation. ► HA layer is still strongly intact to the substrate surface.
