Modeling constitutive relationship of Ti17 titanium alloy with lamellar starting microstructure

► The flow behavior for Ti17 alloy with lamellar starting microstructure was analyzed. ► The constitutive equations for Ti17 alloy were developed based on regression and ANN methods. ► The comparison of ANN prediction with experiment at 780 °C and 840 °C were generated. ► The comparison of percentage error between regression and ANN methods was analyzed.
