Effects of cyclic stress and temperature on oxidation damage of a nickel-based superalloy
چکیده انگلیسی
► FIB shows the formation of surface oxide scales and internal micro-voids. ► Oxidation damage at 800 °C is much more severe than that at 700 °C and 750 °C. ► Cyclic stress enhances the extent of oxidation damage at 750 °C and above. ► Enrichment of Cr and Ti, as well as lower Ni and Co levels, in the surface oxides. ► Penetration of oxygen into the material and internal oxidation are evidenced.
