Structural and electrical properties of perovskite Nd(Ni1/2Ti1/2)O3

► Nd(Ni1/2Ti1/2)O3 ceramic is crystallized in monoclinic structure. ► The FTIR spectrum shows the more complicated structure than simple cubic perovskite structure. ► Activation energy is 0.365 eV. ► Hopping of charge carriers could be responsible for the dielectric relaxation.
