Dual top gated graphene transistor in the quantum Hall regime

► We study dual top gated graphene field effect transistor. ► In quantum Hall regime, we observe fractionally quantized conductance plateaus. ► We discuss a model to understand such a quantization of conductance. ► Role of inhomogeneity is discussed.
