Magnetic field dependence of the dynamical properties of ferromagnetic semiconducting thin films

The effect of external magnetic field, temperature and film thickness on the spin wave energy and the spin-wave damping in thin ferromagnetic semiconducting films is studied using the s–d interaction model and a Green's function formalism beyond the random phase approximation.
