Monte Carlo simulation of two-dimensional XY magnets with Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya interaction on square lattice

We study the thermodynamic properties of two-dimensional XY model with Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya (DM) interaction using Monte Carlo method. Spin configuration of thermal equilibrium and some critical properties are studied for different sizes of DM interactions. We find that DM interaction plays an important role in the two-dimensional XY spin system.
