Oxidation resistance of SHS Fe-Al-Si alloys at 800 °C in air

► Oxidation kinetics of Fe-Al-Si alloys was described. ► Oxide layers were studied by SEM, XRD and GDOES. ► The effect of thermal cycling on delamination of the oxide layers was negligible.
