A novel approach to synthesis of scandia-doped tungsten nano-particles for high-current-density cathode applications

► Scandium-doped tungsten nano-particles are used for cathodes application. ► Nano-powder is prepared using sol-gel method by dissolving tungsten oxide in acid. ► A spherical shape, phase pure and homogeneous mixing nano-particle was obtained.
