Mechanochemical synthesis of Al2O3-TiB2 nanocomposite powder from Al-TiO2-H3BO3 mixture

► Synthesis of alumina-titanium diboride nanocomposite via mechanochemical process. ► Al2O3-TiB2 nanocomposite was formed after 1.5 h of milling. ► Results show that increase of milling time was attendant with decrease of powder particles.
