Present and future radioactive ion beam facilities in the Middle East and East

Present and future radioactive ion beam facilities in the Middle East and East are introduced through discussing physics opportunities. Special emphasis will be given to large-sized facilities under operation and consideration in Israel, China, India, and Japan. I would introduce facilities, which promote unique scientific programs, too.
