Electrochemical utilisation of chemical vapour deposition grown carbon nanotubes as sensors

► CVD is well know to be utilised to fabricated carbon nanomaterials. ► An overview of the available methods of CVD and how this has impacted on their production is given. ► Additionally, we demonstrate how CVD has been used to allow the beneficial sensing of target analytes via electrochemistry.
