Discrete Fourier transform and Riemann identities for θθ functions

Riemann identities on theta functions are derived using properties of eigenvectors corresponding to the discrete Fourier transform Φ(2)Φ(2). In particular we get various fourth order identities of classical Jacobi theta functions.
