Analytical solution of nonlinear barotropic vorticity equation

The Cκ (κ ≥ 3) stability of nonlinear barotropic vorticity equation was proved. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the initial value problem to be well-posed were presented. Under the conditions of well-posedness, the corresponding analytical solution was also gained.
