Indium oxide, tin oxide and indium tin oxide nanostructure growth by vapor deposition

► ITO, SnO2, and In2O3 nanostructure growth was studied for different temperatures. ► At several substrate temperatures, SiOx nanowires are also obtained. ► Low sheet resistances are obtained for In2O3 and ITO nanostructures.
