Optoelectronic properties of Cu1−xPtxFeO2 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.05) delafossite for p-type transparent conducting oxide

► Cu1−xPtxFeO2 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.05) forms single polycrystalline phase of delafossite structure. ► The samples show p-type transparent conducting oxide materials. ► The electrical resistivity decreases rapidly with increasing the content of Pt substitution.
