Ultra-thin bifurcated graft (UTBG) that adopted new transition pattern at bifurcated point was fabricated by double shuttle weaving machine, and conventional graft treated by heat sealing and suturing at bifurcated point was used for comparative study of mechanical properties. 3 cycle of new pattern on newly developed Ultra-thin bifurcated graft (nUTBG) showed lower wall thickness of graft and high water permeability at bifurcated point than conventional grafts of it. In tear strength test of the bifurcated point of UTBG, 3 cycle of new pattern on nUTBG had 6 N, 3 N higher than thermal bonding and suturing treated graft respectably. This study looked into the influence of graft's deployment force as adopt nUTBG and conventional grafts into stent-graft system, initial deployment forces were almost even among samples, but the force of conventional graft adopted stent-graft were shown relatively higher than nUTBG adopted stent-graft.
