Manipulation of carbon nanotubes and nanowires

The morphology of electrodes and the density of nanomaterials were examined by a scanning electron microscopy. In this experiment, nanodevice assembled with several kinds of nanomaterials had been manufactured and their properties were investigated using Raman spectroscopy and I-V curve.
