Characterization of low energy radioactive beams using direct reactions

► We have developed a technique to determine the structure of a RIB. ► The technique have been tested on a low energy RIB produced at ISOLDE. ► This is the first beam characterization made on a RIB produced at ISOLDE. ► The technique can be used to determine the beam structure on-line.
